An e-mail with the number required for payment is also automatically sent from KOMOJU. It is sent from “no-reply@komoju.com”.
If you did not keep a copy of the payment number when you completed your order, or if you did not receive an e-mail from KOMOJU due to domain settings or other reasons, you will not be able to confirm the payment number. Please place your order again.
