If there has been no initial delivery after 2 to 3 days from the date your package became trackable, please contact the shipping company at that point, as the delivery may not have been made without your address.
*Please note that the delivery company's retention period is 7 days from the date of the first delivery (or the date the package was headed for delivery if the address is unknown); after 7 days, the package will be returned to us as declined receipt and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for resending the package.
